End of the Year Challenge: Update #6 (The End)

This is it, I will finish my challenge now. I didn’t quite make it, but I only have 2 books I am reading at the moment and that is where I feel I need more to choose from. I don’t feel like reading any of those right now.

A Cavern of Black Ice is a Reread, that I enjoyed the first time and still do now, but it’s not the right time. It’s playing in a world similar to the North of Westeros. Meaning it is cold, everyone is freezing, people need to take care to not lose any limbs out there and in general the cold weather is a constant threat in the background of the story. It’s over 30 degrees here – it doesn’t fit!

I just finished The Bazaar of Bad Dreams which was great, apart from the last story and a few in between… but I don’t feel like another King now, so Desperation has to wait.

I will just go back to reading and buying what I feel like, but I don’t think I will let my TBR be bigger than 5.

I will start rereading The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson today and will move on to Words of Radiance and Oathbringer after that.

    1. Haha, I just can’t function if I have too many unread books at home! I don’t mind my wishlist getting out of hand (and it does!) but too many books sitting on the shelves waiting to be read and I feel under pressure :-/
